DICOM metadata
What is DICOM?
DICOM (.dcm) is the universal standard for medical imaging. Each scan is organized as a Study (one exam session) containing one or more Series (individual scan sequences like axial CT or sagittal MRI). Files embed rich metadata—patient info, slice thickness, acquisition parameters—and together form 3D volumes of hundreds of cross-sectional slices.
Our AI: Google MedGemma 1.5
Your scans are analyzed by Google's MedGemma 1.5, a medical AI trained natively on 3D volumetric data. It can detect lesions, localize anatomical structures, and track changes over time. It is not a replacement for a radiologist—think of it as an informed first look to help you prepare for your next appointment. Learn more →

Optional — confirm details and add clinical context
Optional — if you have the official report, the study summary will compare what the AI sees with what your radiologist wrote.
